Elite Coaching Package

 

I love working with people who want help growing their businesses successfully so they can make all the money they want and live the lives they want.

I work with people who want help in a couple of different ways.

One is providing coaching services on an as needed basis. Most of the high performance people I work with want help when they need it, not according to some schedule that requires an ongoing commitment.

They realize that working on growing their businesses by being the best they can be at their personal skills and talents is different than working on the business. They appreciate help when it’s appropriate.

If they want some feedback on an idea or input and guidance regarding the challenges and frustrations that come up in business, they want it "right now", not at some scheduled time that's part of an agreement.

To meet the requirements of these high performance people my coaching services are provided month-to-month. It’s pay-as-you-go.

These services can be used as much or as little as desired. Whatever makes the most sense for each individual.

Subscribers to this package have unlimited access by telephone and email for input, guidance and feedback.

If I’m not immediately available when you call, I’ll get back to you within two hours. If you call after 6 p.m. PDT, leave a call back time for the following day and I’ll make the call.

The timing is the same with requests made by email. If you want a telephone call response to an email request, include the time and I’ll make the call.

That’s it. Pretty straight forward.

I once had a request from a sales person who called me from his cell phone while waiting to be called into an appointment. We had about ten minutes to discuss strategies before he went in.

He called again about an hour later to let me know that the strategies we discussed worked and that he made the sale. He considered the coaching fee a bargain.

The cost for this package is $495.00 a month. As I mentioned, there is no long-term commitment. It’s month-to-month. If you sign up for the package after the 15th of any month, your fee will be good to the end of the following month.

High Performance Coaching Package for Groups, Organizations and Teams:

 

If you belong to a Chamber of Commerce, a Networking Group, a Business Referral Group, a sales team, or any other type of group, this package could be for you.

I decided to offer this format based on all the fun and success I've had helping sales teams, management groups, groups of business owners, and mixed groups work through issues that were keeping them from the success they wanted to achieve in business.

The only requirement for this workshop is to get 40 people, plus or minus, together in a room, and have them prepared to discuss their three most pressing business related issues.

I’ll spend two hours helping them find answers and develop solutions.

You, your group or your organization can charge whatever you want to the attendees or you can provide the session as a service. It could be used as a fundraiser or as an incentive during a membership drive.

My fee is $995.00 plus expenses for two-hour engagements within a 100-mile roundtrip drive of my home in Northern California. For 40 people that's less than $25.00 each. Charge whatever fee you feel is appropriate. Whatever you collect beyond the cost is yours.

Expenses include food and mileage for that portion of a roundtrip that is more than 100 miles. For example, if the site for the group meeting is 75 miles from my home, that makes the roundtrip mileage 150 miles. Mileage would only be charged for the final 50 miles.

Engagements that require a drive that is more than 100 miles or lodging or a flight will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

The Most Effective Marketing and

Advertising Process in the World,

and It's FREE:

 

All businesses want more customers who buy more of their "stuff". They want to keep their good customers and attract new customers.

This process usually comes under the heading of “marketing and advertising” which has many definitions.

The one I like the best defines "Marketing and Advertising" as a combination of behavior and communication that influences people to seek out a business or an individual and purchase the products and services offered by that business or individual.

I was hired as the general manager of a small service company with 87 customers. Within two years the customer list grew to 1500 using this process. No money was spent on conventional marketing and advertising.

Don’t get me wrong, conventional marketing and advertising has its place. Social networking can also be a very effective way to get the word out about your business.

It’s just that creating an ever-growing group of enthusiastic advocates produces amazing results.

On another occasion I started a new business on January 1st in the mid-seventies. I beat the bushes for a while and finally got my first customer on March 1st. Using the process I teach in this workshop my company did just short of $1,000,000.00 in sales by the end of the year.
